We moved offices three years ago and are based on Siam Country Club road just a few kilometers from Pattaya City.
 
This was a carefully considered move as we felt with so many people wanting to live outside the hustle and bustle of city life we could service them better by being here on the ground with fingers firmly on the pulse 

Naturally we collect and deliver you from and to your place of stay in Pattaya for viewings and familiarisation tours 

The Mabprachan area has become one of the most popular ex-pat retiree locales and
a number of factors come to bear, firstly the clean air environment we enjoy, the proximity to town, the availability of local shopping, excellent restaurants and great family style pubs. We even get our morning paper delivered

Sports including lakeside fishing and canoeing, horse riding, off road biking and moto cross and of course golf are available with a championship course on our doorstep and many others anything from a few minutes to under an hours drive away

The quality of housing is first class with a good number of large villages and several boutique developments to choose from
The pricing is competitive and most definitely cheaper than beachside or in town living and the opportunities for self build 
and or owner design are here to be had with some first class local architects and builders ready to assist you 

 Land prices are stable and there are some really nice plots around at sensible prices with sizes from 100 TW or so up to several rai. One TW is 4 M2 and a rai is 1,600 M2

For those who travel regularly the airport is just an hour away and those working the Eastern Seaboard access to and from the industrial centers is simple. The international schools are also close by so the youngsters don't spend hours on a bus
